The TWA Hotel Rooftop Pool, observation deck, and Pool Bar operate on two schedules: Summer/Fall and Winter/Spring. Reservation requirements differ depending on the season, so please consult the chart below to see if you should book ahead.
Please note: The Pool Bar occasionally hosts private events. Check the dates below to ensure The Pool Bar is open to the public during your visit.

TWA Hotel Rooftop Infinity Pool and Observation Deck Rules
- Swimming is at your own risk; a lifeguard is not present.
- Please help us maintain a clean pool area by not bringing in outside food or drinks.
- For your convenience, we provide clear plastic bags (12×12 inches maximum) for storing personal items.
- Pool towels are for use within the pool area only. Please leave wet towels for our team to collect.
- Restrooms and changing facilities are located on the rooftop. Showers are not available.

Rest assured that our advanced filtration system works tirelessly, purifying the water every 30 minutes for your absolute comfort and well-being – far exceeding the standard 6-hour cycle.
Channeling the elegance of the infinity pool at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, our own boasts a gentle beach entry and inviting underwater seating. A unique touch? A shimmering TWA logo mosaic crafted in our signature gold and red hues.
While the Mediterranean may have its charm, the view here takes the crown. Our infinity pool seamlessly blends with the horizon, offering a captivating panorama of JFK’s busy Runway 4 Left/22 Right, stretching all the way to Jamaica Bay.
With its remarkable 12,079-foot length, runway 4L/22R is a major hub of activity at JFK, one of the nation’s most bustling airports. Jets sporting the colors of American Airlines, JetBlue, Lufthansa, Delta, and over 70 other airlines routinely take off and land on this vast stretch of concrete, offering a fascinating spectacle for guests of the TWA Hotel.
